Our parts range in size from quite small up to 5.00’ x 9.00’ with material thickness from .060” to .250”. All parts are CNC trimmed with our state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC router. The plastic vacuum forming process is a key capability at our facility in Pollocksville, NC.
